全球云網寬帶產業協會（World Broadband Association, WBBA）是面向全球、產業主導、多邊合作、引領未來云網寬帶發展的非政府機構、非營利性組織，由中國電信與國內外的企業和機構共同籌建，聚焦服務于全球寬帶網絡運營商、供應商、云服務提供商、金融投資機構等產業相關方，致力于團結全球產業鏈、促進產業鏈溝通與交流、加強技術合作、促進全球云和網絡信息基礎設施的創新與發展。
